Welcome to the short term rental accommodation of Andy and Juvy. Our mix of studios, one and two bed flats are close to shops, restaurants, nightlife and all the entertainment that Nottingham has to offer!

All accommodation below has a minimum of one double bed with bedding, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and free wifi. They all have self check any time after 3pm (Checkout 11am).
- 20m2 studios at 29a Upper Parliament street NG1 2AR with the above and AEG washer/dryer and table / bar stools, suitable for 1-2 people. The studios are on the 3-4th floor but there is a lift. They can be booked for 1 night - 6 months for maximum flexibility. Some studios are at the back of the building which are quieter. Please be aware that Nottingham is known as a student party city! There is no car parking provided but Trinity Square public car park is just a short walk away. It is easily accessed by park and ride, trams, train, buses and taxis.
- 50m2 1 bedroom flats at Crusader House, Thurland street NG1 3BT also fully furnished, with double sofa beds, so able to accommodate up to 4 people at a very moderate price per person if you are a group. Public car parks include the Victoria Centre, 29 Stoney Street NCP and Lace Market. It is a short walk from the Lace Market Tram stop at the epicentre for Nottingham Nightlife.
- 50m2 small quieter 2 bedroom flat on Carter Gate NG1 1GL with FREE CAR PARKING next to the Nottingham Arena and just a short walk from the rest of the city centre. This can accommodate 4-6 people with the sofa bed and can be booked for less than £25 per person per night during the week. It has recently featured on Home under the Hammer with Dion Dublin (eps 58) so why not give it a try, particularly if you want to catch something that is on at the Arena or Lace Market?
- 50m2 small 2 bedroom flat on Portland rd, NG7 4HE walking distance to the city and very close to Trent University. Can accommodate 4-6 people and has FREE UNDERGROUND CAR PARKING SPACE. Perfect for families or groups who do not want to spend a fortune. Just 50m from the Arboretum park.
- 65 - 70m2 large 2 bed flats for up to 6 people on George street NG1 3BU and The Living Quarter NG1 1PF with lift access in the building.
